I WOULD LIKE to take this opportunity to talk a little bit about the changes which are going on here in the offices of The Adjunct Advocate. First off, the staff is expanding. We have added staff in the Marketing and Sales departments, and will soon add staff in the Editorial and Design departments, as well. Change is good. As I said to some staff members whom I met when I recently visited the offices of eCollege.com, in Denver, Colorado, businesses change or they die. Needless to say, The Adjunct Advocate is alive and well.

I visited the eCollege.com Marketing and Communications team (MARCOM, as the department has been dubbed by the staff), to participate in a brainstorming session. I am extremely proud to say that eCollege.com has signed on a sponsor of The Adjunct Advocate's redesigned web page: Adjunctnation.com. I went to Denver to help the MARCOM team better understand adjunct faculty, the Adjunctnation.com project, its goals and how eCollege.com's new faculty resources could be tailored to meet the needs of temporary faculty.
